Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ACT (Attractor Conflict Telemetry), operated by Silicon Psyche Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Description of Service
ACT provides black-box behavioral analysis of large language model outputs. The service analyzes text you submit using deterministic metrics and does not redistribute the analyzed content. Analysis results are stored in your account to provide session history, baseline computations, and forensic ledger functionality.
3. Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the proprietary algorithms, metrics, or analysis methods
- Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or access controls
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access without written authorization
- Submit content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights
- Interfere with the service's operation or other users' access
5. Intellectual Property
The ACT platform, including its metric framework, analysis algorithms, ACTIVE probing protocols, SIGTRACK signature system, user interface, and all associated documentation, is the intellectual property of Silicon Psyche Labs. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to the underlying technology beyond the right to use the service as provided.
You retain ownership of the text you submit for analysis. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process and store that text solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
6. Plans and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the settings page or Stripe customer portal. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Usage limits reset monthly. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 14 days of a charge if you believe it was made in error.
7. Data and Privacy
Your use of the service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what personal data we collect, how we process it, and your rights under GDPR. Analysis results are stored in your account and are not shared with third parties.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide the service with high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
ACT is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
- We are not liable for decisions made based on ACT analysis results
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy data retention section.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree with the changes, you may close your account.
